Rally driver Ponsiano Lwakataka Hailed Fortebet and Jude colour solutions sponsored awards to be an inspiration platform for active Sportsmen. Lwakataka who was announced the best rally driver of January 2025 at the awarding event held in Kololo at Lazio Restaurant on Tuesday February 4th where he said that the awards inspire young and old.

To win the accolade Lwakataka and his co-driver Paul Musaazi beat Ronald Ssebuguzi and Anthony Mugambwa as well as Nasser Mutebi and Steven Bunnya duals, Putting hands on the accolade the Mafu Mafu team drove their Subaru Impreza N12 to emerge champions of National Rally championship first event held in Mbarara.
Speaking on his Fantastic start of the 2025 Season, Lwakataka vowed
“I am glad that i have started well by winning the first round, It is something which brought me back to Fortebet Realstars Sports monthly awards, Now the mission is 2025 NRC which I want for sure”
The event also had two more winners as Alfred Ojok and Grace Ojiru announced the best in Boxing and Kho Kho Sports respectively.
Ojok overcame competition from Latibu Muwonge and Majid Kabonge With his thunderous International Sebit at the inaugural Solidarity and Fraternity Boxing night gala where he knockedout Libya’s Hamza Gazouni in first round.
In Kho Kho Sport, Ojiro bettered her team mates Erinah Nattabi and Rose Nankumba whom she teamed up with in guiding Uganda finishing third at Kho Kho sport world cup in India.
Ojiro’s performances against New Zealand and England helped her to Win the Realstar accolade at the event which had representatives from sponsors with Resty Mbatidde Namugema and
Henry Zimbe sitting for Fortebet and Jude Colour solutions while Didus Matsiko as special guest.
